This page provides future residents and their families with essential information and valuable advice so that the new residents can settle into their accomodation as smoothly as possible, making a sometimes difficult process much easier for all concerned.
Lillibet Court is a development of 27 self-contained studio flats, enabling our Clients to enjoy an independent and dignified lifestyle, whilst at the same time providing security and peace of mind for their relatives. We endeavour to meet all of our Clients needs, and tailor our additional services to suit their individual requirements.
Lillibet Manor is an impressive town house, completely renovated and developed to create 34 self-contained studio flats and boasting a very impressive standard of furnishing and equipment.
Each flat has either an en-suite shower room or bathroom - its own kitchenette with microwave oven and hob cooker - and a 24hr emergency call bell system installed.

Once we have confirmed that we can help, the next step is to formulate a Care Plan with the resident, and we encourage input from the resident's family. This to ensure that their needs will be fully met. Our focus is on assisting the resdient to enjoy an independent and dignified lifestyle, with us providing as much or as little help as necessary.
At this point we will also carry out a full Risk Assessment, as well as a Moving and Handling Assessment, ensuring that all information is current, and that all the Clients needs will be fully met. At this point we will also discuss the terms and conditions of tenancy, implement necessary legal documentation, and the cost of providing the agreed Care Plan. Payment arrangements will aslo be set out and agreed between both parties, and made very clear to you and your family if appropriate.
The provision of care will be based on the Care Plan agreed upon by both parties before Care commences. This Plan will be reviewed regularly so that we can adjust to any developing needs .
Each self-contained studio flat has a standard occupancy charge, payable every 4 weeks. Clients are also able to select from a range of additional features and services as part of their tailored Care Plan. A comprehensive breakdown of these services and fees will be listed in the Client's tenancy agreement.
Lillibet Court and Lillibet Manor are both Social Services Accredited and we do accept Clients who qualify for funding from social services. Some tenants may also qualify for Housing Benefit and other allowances.
Due to the wide range of care that we offer, and the different servvices available, the price for your individual care plan will be discussed with you once we have gathered all necessary information about your care. all costs and payments will be made very clear to you and your family.
